Purchase of paintings does not infer or transfer the right to use or reproduce all or part of any image without prior written permission. Images on this site must not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission.
In the Event of Damage During Delivery
The purchaser must notify the courier upon receipt of the goods if damaged, take a photograph and notify us in writing, with a copy of the photographed damage, within 24 hours from the date of original delivery to the purchaser. Insurance claim procedures will then be initiated.
Return of Incorrect Item Received
If the item needs to be returned is a result of our own error such as an incorrect item, then we will organise and pay the return shipping costs and re-shipping of the correct painting to you. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify us in writing within 24 hours from the date of receipt and to repackage the incorrect item safely in preparation for courier collection. We will liaise with the purchaser to determine a suitable collection time.
