In order to provide a secure and cost effective freight service to customers we use courier services wherever possible for shipments. When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location and the shipping option chosen.
As you would expect, couriers usually require a signature to acknowledge delivery, and if there is nobody there to sign, a card will be left with instructions to contact the carrier to arrange an alternate delivery time. Please make this contact within the specified time, or the package will be returned to us. In that instance, a repeat courier charge will be chargeable.
If you have a safe and secure place for delivery to be left, you can give instructions with your order in the box labelled 'Order Instructions/Comments' for the parcel to be left eg. leave with my neighbours Fred or Betty next door at #2, but please understand that all responsibility for its safety and security must rest with you in that instance, our valued customer.
Our paintings usually ship within Australia between 3 to 5 working days from receipt date of your payment. Should there be anticipated delays we will contact you. If you require any product urgently, please email with your request so we can try to accommodate and/or recalculate shipping costs.
